Kristen is dedicated to enhancing client experiences by understanding their needs and providing empathetic support as the Client Services Manager at Lara Real Estate. In her role, she oversees day-to-day administration duties for the Sales and Leasing Teams, ensuring excellent customer service and positive engagement with internal and external clients. Kristen’s diverse background, from hospitality to corporate travel and medical administration, gives her a unique perspective, and she is currently pursuing a Cert IV (agents rep) to further enrich her skills.
