Our story
What began, in her own words as “A Wild Dream” is now a reality. Megan Rovers has been making moves to create Geelong Property Hub for many years now. The journey commenced back in 2012, when, with the assistance of co-director Andrew King, she took her first step on the property ladder and built her first home.
A passion for property was ignited. From here Megan began working for Australia’s biggest builder whilst studying Law & Commerce at Deakin University. It was soon realised that bringing combined expertise in construction, law and accounting together was a formidable force. This inspired Megan and Andrew to form Armstrong Real Estate together. Today, Armstrong Real Estate (the founding Company) is the leading local real estate agency in the Armstrong Creek Growth Corridor.
It’s these simple beginnings and the lessons learnt that set the foundations for Geelong Property Hub too. Identifying the need for a more streamlined property journey, the duo has now brought these arms of the business together. They’re excited about the difference it will make in the industry and the way it will change the property journey for our clients.
