Our conveyancing team is growing and we are looking for a person who is a licenced conveyancer with ambitions of future ownership opportunities.

This role has a property focus and will involve both advisory and transactional work, dealing directly with clients and stakeholders.

Key Tasks:

• Deal with client enquiries in a timely, professional & courteous manner
• Take calls and relay all messages in an accurate, prompt and pleasant manner
• Manage and respond to all incoming emails and regular mail in a professional, courteous manner on a daily basis to the company standard
• Update LEAP with full details of transactions, create diaries
• Initiate and complete transactions on PEXA
• Initiate and complete transactions on DutiesOnline
• Conveyancing of residential, commercial, rural and industrial properties, including:
• Sale and purchase from start to completion
• Reviewing and preparing contracts of sale
• Subdivisions and developments
• Transfers
• Complex duty transactions
• Lodging plans of subdivision

The successful candidate will possess:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player mentality with the ability to work autonomously and the ability to meet KPI targets
• Excellent organisation skills and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Accredited conveyancing qualification including a Diploma of Conveyancing
• A current National Police Check
• A current Victorian Drivers License
